1.1 This Part 3 of EN 10028 specifies requirements for flat products for pressure purposes made of weldable fine grain steels as listed in table 1. NOTE: Fine grain steels' are understood to mean steels which accordance with EURONORM 103 1.2 The requirements of EN 10028-1 also apply.
