This standard specifies marking and performance requirements, methods of classification, methods of classification, methods of determining dimensions and methods of test for commercial refrigerated cabinets for the sale and display of food products. This standard does not cover refrigerated vending machines. This part specifies the procedure to determine the extent of condensation of water of the external surfaces of commercial refrigerated cabinets, intended for the sale and/or display of food products, when tested under specified ambient conditions.
