SR EN ISO 11204+AC:1999

Acoustics. Noise emitted by machinery and equipment. Mesurement of emission sound pressure levels at a work station and at other specified positions. Method requiring environmental corrections

This standard prescribes a method for measuring the emission sound pressure levels at work stations and other specified positions in the vicinity of different types of machinery and equipment. The standard prescribes requirements on the test environment. The purpose of the measurements is to permit comparison of the performance of different units of a given family of machinery or equipment, under defined environmental conditions and standardized mounting and operating conditions. The data obtained are also used for the declaration and verif. of emission sound pressure levels as spec. in ISO 4871.
