This Part 1 of prEN 1301 specifies the technical conditions for inspection and delivery of wrought aluminium and aluminium alloy drawn wire for general engineering applications including rivet manufacture (except aeronautical rivets). It applies to drawn wire except for electrical or welding purposes. It does not applies to drawing stock.
