Classification of non-structural adhesives for joining of wood and derived timber products

This standard serves to classify non-structural adhesives for joining wood and derived timber products in durability classes. The classification is determined by measurement of wet and dry strength of specimen in standard atmoshere as follows (23+/- 2) °C and (50+/- 5) % rh or (20 +/- 2) °C and (65 +/- 5)% rh. Note: For the gluing of wooden structural members, the manufacturing of plywood particle boards, fibre boards as well as the veneering of surfaces serve specialstandards.
