This standard specifies the general technical quality conditions for the execution of earthworks of public roads and streets. The provisions of this standard may also be applied to private roads, only with the consent of the beneficiary. The provisions of this standard do not refer to the technical quality conditions of the capping layer which form the upper layer of the earthworks and is subject to other legal regulations in force.
