Leisure accommodation vehicles - Caravans - Part 1: Habitation requirements relating to health and safety
This European Standard specifies requirements intended to ensure the safety and health of people when they use caravans for temporary or seasonal habitation. It also specifies the corresponding test methods. prEN 1645-2 gives requirements relating to user payloads for caravans. Requirements applicable to road safety are not included in the scope of this European Standard. This European Standard is applicable exclusively to rigid and rigid folding caravans as defined in EN 27418.
