Standardul cerinţele minime pentru compresoarele rotative fără ulei cu palete elicoidale, spiralate sau drepte utilizate pentru aplicaţii de până la 0,20 MPa care funcţionează în rafinării şi se aplică compresoarelor de aer (sau alte gaze inerte) aflate în regim continuu de funcţionare în unităţile de procesare.
