Building hardware - Emergency exit devices operated by a lever handle or push pad - Requirements and test methods

This European Standard specifies requirements for the manufacture, performance and testing of emergency devices mechanically operated by either a lever handle or a push pad, for use where a panic situation is unlikely to arise. The standard does not specify any particular design of emergency device but only such dimensions as are required for safety reasons are specified.
