Thermal spraying. Determination of tensile adhesive strenght

In the test to determine the tensile strenght of thermally sprayed deposits, the specimen is loaded in tension. The test is conducted to obtain information on the strength of the coating and/or the strength of the bond between the spary deposit and the parent metal.
