Safety of machinery. Terminology
This standard gives a set of equivalent terms of machinery and hazards in the three official languages of CEN/CENELEC. The terms included are these which have been identified as being fundamental to machinery safety standards because their equivalent and definition are necessary to avoid ambiguity and ensure consistency of use. The terms and definitions given should be used when drafting machinery safety standards.
