Air conditioners, liquid chilling packages and heat pumps with electrically driven compressors - Heating mode - Part 2: Testing and requirements for marking for space heating units
This part of EN 255 specifies methods for testing and reporting of the rating and it specifies requirements for marking of air and water cooled air conditioners, liquid chilling packages, air/air, water/air, air/water and water/water heat pumps with electrically driven compressors when used for space heating. When these units are used for space cooling, then prEN 814-2 applies; when these units are used for cooling and heat recovery, then prEN 12055 applies; when they are used for sanitary hot water, then prEN 255-3 applies.
